Ingredients

  1. 4boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  3. 5 ouncescream cheese, softened
  4. 1 1/3 cupsfresh spinach, chopped
  5. 1 1/3 cupsartichoke hearts, chopped
  6. 1/2 cupshredded mozzarella
  7. pepper
  8. salt
  9. 1/8to 1/3 cup milk or cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

    Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    Bake chicken for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

  4. 4

    While chicken is baking, combine parmesan cheese and cream cheese together in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. Add spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, salt and pepper and mix well. Stir in milk until the mixture is moist and can be spread over the chicken easily.

  5. 5

    Remove chicken from oven and spread mixture over it. Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is done and completely cooked through.
