From the curd cut out the florets and put them in a bowl. Soak them in water to bring out worms.

Run the florets again though runny water to ensure thorough clean.

Place them on a draining surface. A veggie-drying plastic maybe.

Heat oil then drop in the florets until golden brown then place them on a kitchen towel to drain the excess oil.

Sprinkle salt and toss for even seasoning. Add in your black pepper or any other seasoning of your choice.

I made this for breakfast the other day with pancakes. You could have them with mashed potatoes or fries(chips)

Other options of preparing cauliflower would be seasoning and baking or tempura(making a light batter then dip the florets and dip fry)
