Chocolate fruit cake

Steps

Sift together dry ingredients and keep it aside

Whisk oil and hot water together. Let it cool. Add milk, vanilla essence and curd and mix well

Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk them together. Pour the batter in a greased baking tin

Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 35 minutes. Let it cool

Divide the cake into 2 halves using a thread.

On one bottom half, pour cherry syrup and place sliced strawberries over it
- 7
Place the second half over this. Place cut and sliced fruits over it, arrange glazed cherries... Drizzle chocolate sauce and dust icing sugar over it
