Bajri Na Rotla

Take a bowl. Add Bajri flour and salt. Mix. Knead a soft dough with warm water. U knead to make the dough really soft by kneading it with your palms.

Now divide it in two parts. Take one part. Make a ball. You need to make round ROTI of this. You can either make it by pressing the ball with your palms. Or take a plastic sheet and keep on a rolling surface. Now press it with your hands in round shape.

Take a griddle. Heat. Now cook ROTI from both sides on medium flame. Apply ghee.

Enjoy with lentils of your choice.
