Sunday mornings are special ! To make it more sweet here comes a very well-known sweet breakfast of Sindhi #bhatt . It is also known as lapsi or sweet broken wheat .
Steps

Take ghee in a pan. Put Bhatt in it and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes and then on slow flame for 15-20 minutes or till it changes its colour and an aroma comes.

Add cardamom to it. Add 3 glass of water and stir it continuously on high flame till it comes to a boil.

Keep it with closed lid for 45 minutes on slow flame.

Keep a check in every 15 minutes and if needed add half glass of water again.

After it is cooked till soft add mashed jaggery, dessicated coconut and jaiphal and let it cook.

As the jaggery is completely mixed and pan starts leaving its sides add dry fruits.

Serve it hot with roasted papad.
