Ingredients

  • 1 cupatta
  • 1/4 cupmoong ki daal ( soak in 1/2 an hourl
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspooncoriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 teaspoonoil
  • Pinchhing
  • Ghee or oil mix for roti

    Make a dough mix all ingredients rest 1/2 an hour.make 10 equal part roll them by rolling pin.Heat tava apply ghee or oil,place chapati,cook from both side till golden in colour
