2 teaspoonsavocado oil
1couple drops of lemon
1garlic clove
Pepper

Cut stalks off kale.

Heat up oil on medium high.

Put kale into the pan with oil.

When kale is half cooked put in lemon, garlic and pepper.

Stir until done.
