Ingredients

45 minutes
6 piece
  1. For raasgulla:
  2. 500 mlMilk
  3. 2 spoonLemon juice
  4. 1/4 cupSugar
  5. 3 cupsWater
  6. For stuffing:
  7. Kiwi 1 spoon chopped
  8. Ripe banana 2 spoon chopped
  9. 3 spoonSugar
  10. 3 spoonsStrawberry syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a heavy bottom pan, add milk..boil it and then add lemon juice..stir well..till the milk will start curddle and paneer and water will separate..then drain it..

    After the paneer is properly drained with hand mash it into smooth dough..

    Give the shape of chamcham..ovel/egg shape

    In other pan add water and sugar boil water till the sugar dissolves.. make syrup and put the ovel shaped paneer in the boiling sugar syrup

    Put the lid and let the ovel shaped paneer boil for 5 mins..you will see ovel shaped paneer floating and increased in size..

    For stuffing: take kiwi and sugar in pan simmer for few minutes till sugar dissolves..then remove it from gas..let it cool then add masshed banana in it..

    Then remove ovel shaped paneer from sugar syrup..let it cool..

    Then cut ovel shaped paneer from middle and stuff it with kiwi and banana filling.. and with the help of oil brush brush the stuffed paneer with strawberry syrup..deep freeze for 15 minutes and serve it cool..

    Tips: 1. you can make kesar stuffing, by adding milk kesar and milk powder warm it till it became thick..2.can make stuffing of rose syrup and coconut.3. can decorate with silver paper..

    Size can vary according to your size..you can vary quantity of sugar according to your taste..basic recipe is of raasgulla..
