Ingredients

  • 150 gflour
  • 50 gmagarine
  • 100 gsugar
  • 1egg
  • Halftsp baking powder
  • 45 gdesiccated coconut
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

    Cream sugar and margarine together until light and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add egg

  3. 3

    Add the dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Knead in to a light dough

  5. 5

    Then roll into small balls and then press flat with your fingers

  6. 6

    You should have like 12 to 15 pieces
