This is a very healthy side dish to a dinner or simply enjoy with hard toasted bread in breakfast.Adding the right garnishing and sauces makes it delicious.You may use vegetables of your choice.

This is a very healthy side dish to a dinner or simply enjoy with hard toasted bread in breakfast.Adding the right garnishing and sauces makes it delicious.You may use vegetables of your choice.
Steps

Chop all vegetables diagonally and steam them in a steamer.Steam the baby potatoes separately.Care should be taken that the vegetables do not lose their crunch and colour.Reserve the vegetable broth for using in soups.

Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of butter.Saute the steamed potatoes and set aside.Add garlic mince and fry till golden brown.Add the other steamed vegetables and toss.Sprinkle black pepper and salt as needed.

Add the sautéed potatoes and toss.When done, sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with scraped parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.Serve hot.
