Steps

First heat water in pressurecooker add washed and chopped veggies

Cook for 20 mints on low heat when cooked squeeze out saag and water keep aside

Now add makke ka atta and salt mix well cook for 5 mints

Heat pan for tadka heat ghee jeera and ginger garlic paste and chopped onions till it turns colour brown add in to saag and mix well

Ready to serve with makke ki roti.
