Wash and soak the rice in a warm water for 10mins.Grind your Onion, pepper and tatashe.P ace your pot on fire and add the Palm oil and allow to get hot a little,add the grinded ingredients,and stir fry.Add water,salt,seasoning and locust beans,allow to cook for 30mins.Add the rice and stir,allow to cook for some time,when it's almost done,add the dry fish and cover the pot to cook until it gets soft.

Wash the spinach with water and salt.Off the stove and add the spinach,cover the pot and allow to steam.
