Sfouf with Three Flavors (Turmeric Cake)

Mix the semolina, fine semolina flour, all-purpose flour, turmeric, and powdered milk and set aside.

In another bowl, mix the sugar with the boiling water until the sugar dissolves, then add the oil.

Add the semolina and flour mixture to the sugar and water, cover the mixture, and let it rest for about an hour.

After an hour, add the baking powder and mix well.

Grease a medium-sized baking pan with butter, pour in the sfouf mixture, and decorate with Nutella, molasses and tahini, and nuts. Use a knife to create swirls.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes and brown the top as desired.
