Ingredients

  1. 1 canwhite beans, drained and rinsed
  2. 1 canblack beans, drained and rinsed
  3. 1large tomato, diced
  4. 1small onion, diced
  5. 1medium stalk celery, diced
  6. 1 tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
  7. 2 tablespoonsparsley, minced
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Mix everything together

    Add cilantro, jicama, or anything else that sounds good

  3. 3

    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to one week
