  • 1 canwhite beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 canblack beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1large tomato, diced
  • 1small onion, diced
  • 1medium stalk celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonsparsley, minced
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

    Mix everything together

    Add cilantro, jicama, or anything else that sounds good
