For making chena - boiled 1/2 liter milk, let it cool for 5 min. We need 2 lemon juice and same amount of water, mix togather, and add lime juice into milk, milk start curdled,if it is not curdled properly add little more lime juice,

When you see greenish whey poured the milk in to a pan lined with a thin cotton clothe or musline cloth, and gently squeezed out remaining whey from it.

Rinse the collect bundle of chhena, 3-4 times this will get ride of after taste and smell of lime juice

Meanwhile all above process boil 1 liter milk on medium flame, add this chhena in it

Mix well then add sugar and cardamon powder, mix well, reduce the milk till half by continuously stirring, on low medium flame, it will take 20-30 min.

Off the flame, keep it cool, keep in fridge For settling 4-5 hr

Serve chilled.
