Steps

Pick and wash ur beans by soaking in water and peeling off with ur hands, do it for a couple of times and strain off water and shaff.

In ur blender, add beans,pepper and onion and blend till smooth.

Pour d content inside a bowl,add ur fish stock,break in ur eggs,add ur nutmeg,crayfish,cinnamon, knorr a little salt,Veg oil and mix properly.

Get ur bowls,leaf and foil or whatever means u want to use in putting ur moi moi,

Pour ur blended beans in each bowl, add ur eggs and shredded fish and put in a pot.

Add boiled water to d pot of blended beans and cook for abt 30-40 mins.

Check to see if its done when d blended beans thicken.

Ur moi moi is ready. Serve with pap,agidi,rice,oatmeal
