Ingredients

  • 200 gmsmethi bhaji
  • 200 gmspalak bhaji
  • As per tasteSpices like haldi, salt and ginger chilli paste
  • 11/2 cupJowar aata
  • 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  • 1cupmix dal like urad dal, moong dal, tuvar dal and chana dal
  • 2-3 tsp oil

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut all the bhaji and wash them.

  2. 2

    Add all spices and flour and oil. Mix all the things.

  3. 3

    Now out 2 teaspoon oil in pan add mustard seeds and let them crackle and add hing now add all mix flour and bhaji.

  4. 4

    Now put it on slow flame till flour and bhaji is cooked.

  5. 5

    You can eat alone and with bhakhri too.
