Chop palak

Wash and drain nicely

Make a paste of besan gram flour with adding salt,coriander powder, green chilli, and 1 tbsp red chilli powder

Add palak and mix well

Now make tikki and deep fry till golden brown

Keep.on low flame so from inside tikki should get cooked nicely

Keep.all.tikki ready

Grind tomatoes,cashew, garlic and green chilli and make a smooth paste

Heat pan add oil and jeera, pinch of hing, turmeric and fry then add the paste we made into it and cook on low flame till it leaves oil from side

Now add kasturi methi crushed

Now add tikki and garnish with some coriander and fresh cream and serve this yummy palak tikki with roti or chapati
