Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfinely chopped onion
  2. 3/4th cup finely chopped capsicum
  3. 1.5 cupstomato puree
  4. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  5. 2 tbspPav Bhaji masala
  6. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 2 tbspKashmiri red chilli powder
  8. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  9. 3 tbspbutter
  10. 2boiled potatoes
  11. 1/2 cupboiled cauliflower
  12. 1/3rd cup boiled green peas
  13. To tasteSalt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker add peeled potatoes, cauliflower & green peas cook them for 3 whistles over high flame. Once the cooker cools semi mash them with potato masher.

    In a pan take butter, once ghee heats add onions & cook them for 10 mins till slightly brown, then add capsicum & again cook it for another 10 mins, then add garlic paste, salt, pepper, Pav bhaaji masala, red chilli powder & mix well cook it for 4-5 mins, then add tomato puree & mix well cook it for another 10 mins.

    Then add boiled & mashed potatoes, cauliflower & green peas & mix everything nicely, cook it on medium to low flame for another 10 mins, check the seasoning, switch off the gas, add chopped coriander & serve with hot butter Pav & onions.
