In a pressure cooker add peeled potatoes, cauliflower & green peas cook them for 3 whistles over high flame. Once the cooker cools semi mash them with potato masher.

In a pan take butter, once ghee heats add onions & cook them for 10 mins till slightly brown, then add capsicum & again cook it for another 10 mins, then add garlic paste, salt, pepper, Pav bhaaji masala, red chilli powder & mix well cook it for 4-5 mins, then add tomato puree & mix well cook it for another 10 mins.

Then add boiled & mashed potatoes, cauliflower & green peas & mix everything nicely, cook it on medium to low flame for another 10 mins, check the seasoning, switch off the gas, add chopped coriander & serve with hot butter Pav & onions.
