Steps

Add water in a pan. Add turmeric powder salt and drumsticks. Close with lid and and allow to cook 80%.

In other pan add oil and heat it.

Add mustard seeds cumin seeds. When splattered add ginger and garlic. Saute well.

Add curry leaves and saute well.

Add onions and saute until onion becomes soft.

Add tomatoes and mix well.

Add turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder and cumin powder and mix well.

Add boiled drumsticks and mix well.

Close with lid and cook for 3-4minutes on slow flame.

Add groundnuts powder and mix well. Then cook for 3-4minutes on slow flame.

Finally garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and serve hot with roti parantha or rice.
