You'll have good results if using a non stick pan

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix completely to avoid lunps...start with wet igredients when using the blender....

If not using a blender add all ingredients in a bowl and mix

Cover mixture and let it sit for at least 30 minutes...I keep mine overnight...in the fridge

Brush your pan with some oil and pour some butter.. turn the pancake once the top side is covered with bubbles...

Repeat this till batter is finished and serve

***add the mala little by little to avoid having a very thin batter...it Should be.a little bit thick.
