Steps

Cut the cauliflower in pieces.

Heat water hoti boiling point, add 1 teaspoon salt and soak cauliflower pieces in it for 5 mins.

In the mean time chop garlic, onions and ginger.

After 5 mins remove the water from cauliflower and wash it in running water.

Take a bowl and add corn flour, refined flour, 1 teaspoon salt, half of chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper in it and make a paste with water.

Now dip the cauliflower pieces in this paste to coat them finely.

Heat oil in a pan for frying. Now fry these pieces.

Fry till cauliflower changes to light brown colour. Take out of oil on a paper napkin to absorb extra oil.

Now heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and put garlic and ginger in it and saute, add chopped onions and saute till onions changed to light pink colour.

Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and mix all well.

Now add salt, black pepper and rest of chilli flakes in it and mix well. Now pour honey in it and mix all well.

Now put fried cauliflower pieces in this mixture and mix till these pieces get coated with honey mixture very well.

Switch off flame and serve hot.
