For churi:-

Take wheat flour and mix desi ghee properly untill no lumps is there.

Make a tight dough of it and Make daugh balls of required size.

Now preheat tha ghee and fry this daugh balls in low flame & cook untill it get brown.

Now break this balls into small peices and crushed it in a mixer.

Add sugar and grind it.

For zeera:-

Take a pan add cymin seeds and cook zeera untill it get brown.

Take zeera out of pan.

Now in another pan add 1 cup water and jaggery and cook it to make a syrup.

Crush the zeera only for few seconds. it should not be crushed in powder. it should be lightly crushed.

Add thus zeera in syrup and mix.
