Ingredients

  • 250 gmschicken
  • 300 gmsonion finely chopped
  • 3 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 tspspoon chicken masala
  • as neededSalt, turmeric,red chilli powder,,2 green chillies,
  • Cooking oil,Bay leaf whole garam masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the chicken properly.First heat the kadhai and put enough oil.Now add green chillies and whole garam masala.Then add chopped onions.cook till they change it's colour in to golden brown then add ginger garlic paste let them cook for another 2,3 minutes.

    Now add chicken, turmeric powder in to it.cook it till it's water evaporate in medium flame with out lid.Now add all masals along with salt.now cover it and cook till chicken cooks.

    Finally open the lid.Lets dry all the moisture.Now you can serve in nicely.
