Wash your rice thoroughly,set on fire with appropriate water inside the pot

Allow it to start boiling for like 10mins. Then add in your grinded crayfish, diced onions,pepper,seasoning and dried fish

Allow it to simmer for a while then add in your palm oil

When the water is almost dried up and the rice is tender then add in your scent leaf on top and cover the pot..lower the heat a bit so it can cook slowly

When the water is dried up, turn off the heat and stir the pot
