Ingredients

  • 350 gmsdesi ghee
  • 500 gmsAtta
  • 250 gmscastor sugar (boora)
  • 100 gmsGond
  • Almonds
  • Kajus

Steps

  1. 1

    First u need to roast Atta without ghee..When it will become brown Add ghee in it.. Stir for few minutes and let it be cool..On other side Add 50 gms fhee in kadhai and fry gond..When it's size will become more bigger..Nw grind it in grinder..

  2. 2

    If ur kids doesn't like dry friuts just make it in a powdered form or cut them into small pieced and mix all things including gond powder in bhuna hua atta when the atta becomes cool.

  3. 3

    Now make laddoos on your choice of size.. If u feel that u need more ghee to make laddos add ghee according to ur convenience..
