Steps

Add 2tspoon red chilli and 2tspoon tumeric powder to your flour.

Use a whisk to mix all the other ingredients together until mixed up properly.

Add water as required until you get a butter like that of pancake, not too thin or too thick, it should hold unto the potatoes.

Keep on adding water to get the required consistency.

Thinly slice the potatoes and coat them one by one with the butter.

Drop them in the already heated cooking oil which should not be too hot or too cold to allow them cook in the inside

Turn the bhajias after 3min cooking on both sides.

Serve them first on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil,then garnish them with raw chopped carriander leaves and salad according to preference.

Serve with a cold fruit juice of your choice.
