Wash the fenugreek and chopped it finely

If chopped veggies is 3 cup, keep aside one cup.

Heat the pan add oil, it get hot add cumin seeds, clove, onion, green chilli Tomato, stape by stape

Add all spices Mix it well

Now add chopped two cup fenugreek

Add water saute it for a 5 minute

Now add wheat flour and remain veggies in a mixing bowl add salt, and mix it well

Add some water knead the dough tight, keep aside for a minute

Now roll very thin chapati like a paper spread oil over the chapati now fould it again spread oil, again fould it, now it seems like a triangle.

Add all chapati in methi Sabji covered it with lid

After some time turn it and saute again for a 3-4minute

When it becomes dry, swich the flame and serve it hot it is very healthy.
