To make the stuffing heat oil in a non stick pan

Add cumin seeds saute till it changes colour add coriander powder green chillies ginger and saute for a minute mash potato with hand and add in pan add red chilli powder garam masala powder dried mango powder coriander powder green peas salt and mix well cook for 2-3minutes remove from heat and set aside to cool down

Divide samosa dough in to equal portions and roll out in to thin large oblong shape and cut into half spread some stuffing on it roll tightly and seal with some water

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the cocktail samosa till golden and crisp drain on an absorbent paper

Serve tamarind chutney😜😝
