Steps

Marinate the paneer for 20 mnts with salt,red chilli Powder and ghee

Now heat oil and shallow fry the paneer

Remove paneer and temper cumin seed and bay leaf
- 4
Add onion and garlic saute well
- 5
Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 6
Now add tomato and red chilli Powder and mix
- 7
Add curd and mix well adding peas and paneer
- 8
Add sugar and mix well and serve
