Bake the brinjal on the gastop. Bake till it turns soft from all side.

Take away the brinjal from the gastop, peel the skin, mash them

Now take a pan heat oil and ghee together add onions saute till it turns translucent.

Add garlic chutney to the onions then add mashed brinjal. Allow it to cook for around 15 to 20 minutes on a medium flame. Add salt to it.

Once the oil separates from it. Turn off the flame and serve.
