1satchet Seasoning
1 tbspnLocust bean powder
8large Sweet pepper
5hot pepper
3onions
BunchSpinach
1 cupground nut powder
Water
to tasteSalt

Steps

Put 3 litres of water on fire

Add palm oil and other condiments except spinach
3

Allow to cook for an hour
4

Add spinach allow to simmer
5

Serve with any swallow
