  2. Smoked fish
  3. Halfkilo Meat
  4. 10 cubesmaggi
  5. 1satchet Seasoning
  6. 1 tbspnLocust bean powder
  7. 8large Sweet pepper
  8. 5hot pepper
  9. 3onions
  10. BunchSpinach
  11. 1 cupground nut powder
  12. Water
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put 3 litres of water on fire

  2. 2

    Add palm oil and other condiments except spinach

  3. 3

    Allow to cook for an hour

  4. 4

    Add spinach allow to simmer

  5. 5

    Serve with any swallow
