Ingredients

  • 1 kgTurai
  • 1/2 kgGosht
  • 1/4 kgOnion
  • Turmeric -little
  • 10-12Green Chilli
  • Garlic according to chilli
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • 2 big SpoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil mutton with salt,turmeric and onion

  2. 2

    Cut turai in round shape,make green chilli garlic paste

  3. 3

    Heat oil put mutton and chilli garlic paste fry it till raw Smell vanish and oil seperates

  4. 4

    Put turai,salt and water let it boil till turai is tender

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves
