1. Clean, wash and steam the fresh Croaker fish. Place them in the cooking pot. 2. Blend the fresh tomatoes and pepper. Pour on the fish. 3. Clean and chop the onions and put in the pot. 4. Add ginger, garlic, cubes, salt and red oil. 5. Place on heat to boil properly.

6. Peel, dice and wash the cocoayam. 7. Blend till smooth. Set aside. 8. Pound and wash the bitterleaf. Keep aside. 9. Wash the sea foods (Periwinkle, Ngolo, Watersnail) and keep aside.

10. Add the cocoayam to the pot. 11. Add hot water and stir. Allow to boil. 12. Add the sea foods, freshly washed bitterleaf, cube and salt to taste. 13. Dish as desired. 14. Boil water and bake the cassava flakes (garri). 15. Eat with the sweet freshly cooked fisherman soup.
