Put desi ghee in a cooker. Add Daliya and stirr it well until it get golden brown.

Chop all the vegetables and then mix it in Daliya.And stirr it again for 2 -3 minutes.

Add all dry masalaes in Daliya and add 4 bowls of water in it.

Close the cooker; after one whistle and leave it for 10 minutes at low flame.

Now open the lid and mix garam masala and coriander leaves.

Now Healthy Daliya is ready to serve with curd.
