Boil beans and fry with onions, tomatoes, black pepper and paprika. Add 1 cup water and cook until gravy thickens

Cook rice. Add 2 cups water to pan, let boil, add salt, oil and turmeric. Add cooked rice and cook until all water has dissolved

Serve rice and beans hot
