Shift the flour and add all the dry spices.then add the oil, green chilli paste and little bit of water.mix and add the chopped onion and spinach.mix and set aside for 15 minutes.(the batter should be like potatoe salad consistency.)

Heat the oil and start frying the Pakoda after 15 minutes.fry on medium heat till golden brown.

Serve hot with your choice of sauce or chutney.enjoy this as a snack or starter.
