Make a coarse paste from green peas

Heat the 2tbsp oil in a kadai add chopped potato fry till light brown then remove in a plate then add green peas paste stir fry till green peas slightly colour change

Then remove in a bowl

Using Same kadai add 1 tbsp oil then add cumin seed after crackle of seed then add chopped onion green chilli stir fry till soft then add ginger garlic paste saute for one min

Then add chopped tomato,salt turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala saute till oil separate from masala after that add fried green peas paste

Then add water cover with lid cook till desired consitency depends upon u how much you want to thick or watery

Nimona gravy should be thick consistency only

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
