Dice onions,grate the garlic n put in a large pan.

Add carrots,potatoes whole or cut into halves.

Add the green pepper n spices n then the meat.

Add 2 tbsp oil n place your pan on medium heat n mix everything together

When the meat starts to brown add the tomato puree n mix together cook for 2 mins.

Add water n salt n cover reduce heat n cook until the meat is tender.

Add the boiled ndengu cook for 5 mins then add the coriander cover n turn off heat.

Serve with chapati,rice or ugali.
