Ingredients

  1. Black eyed beans
  2. Green leaves (shredded)
  3. Palm oil
  4. Seasoning
  5. Salt
  6. Crayfish or grinded bonga fish
  7. Smoked fish (optional)
  8. Dry pepper
  9. Onions (sliced)
  10. Fish

    I love to hasten the cooking of my beans by making use of pressure pot. So, boil your beans with enough water

  2. 2

    And when it is soft enough, sieve out the water. This method helps for those who get bloated after eating beans

  3. 3

    Put a clean pot on the fire and add palm oil, then allow to heat up slightly and add the sliced onions. Stir fry for 2 minutes and add smoked fish, crayfish

  4. 4

    Add pepper and then pour in the beans and add seasoning and salt then stir to mix

  5. 5

    Then add the sliced vegetables and stir

  6. 6

    Cover to cook for 4minutes and taste for seasoning

  7. 7

    Marinade the fresh fish un seasoning and let it sit for 1 hour in the fridge and then deep fry in either palm oil or vegetable oil
