Roughly chop whole 3 types of bunches and put in a pressure cooker. Add some water.

Now Add salt and green chillies while Boiling it. Give it 3-4 whistles so that leaves bcome soften.

Now on the other side take a pan put oil in it. Add ginger garlic and soute for 2minutes add finally chopped tomatoes and coriander powder, a little bit salt to taste but remember if u already put proper amount of salt while boiling thn ignore..

When saag'll b cool thn grind it and transfer in the pan.. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add butter to taste.. Serve hot with makki ki roti.
