Ingredients

  • 1 bowlTamrind pulp
  • Mint paste2tbsp
  • Hing 1/2 tsp, green chilli paste 1tbsp, salt to taste,
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • roasted cumin seeds
  • 1tbsp, sugar 1bowl, water 1ltr

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add water, tamrind pulp, sugar, salt and mix with ladle and then add mint paste, Hing, green chilli paste

  2. 2

    Mix with ladle again and then add red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder and again mix

  3. 3

    Gol Gappe ka pani is ready and serve in a glass and garnish with bondi
