Ofo and Uziza soup
This is my native soup easy to make but very sweet.
Steps

Boil the cow leg meat to be tender then season and boil for 30minutes.sprinkle in the ofo and boil add palmoil cray fish water and red pepper and boil more.

Add royco seasoning and salt after few minutes it will thicken a bit cut and slice the uziza leaves stir and remove the heads from the peri wrinkle and add too stir and bring down from the heat.
