Mix flour, margarine and sugar. Rub margarine in flour with finger tips till bread crumbs effect. Then add water slowly to make a soft dough. Cover with cling film and put in the fridge for couple of hours. Cut apples in small cubes and add about 1tsp margarine in a pan, add sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg powders and let it cook till the mixture is dry amd caramelised.

Cut the pastry dough into half, roll the first half and place in on a tray fill with the mixture then roll the second half of the pastry and put it on top of the mixture. Join the sides with a fork so the pastry does not split when baking. Also prick the pastry with fork

Bake at 180 degrees till brown.
