Linguine with garlic oil

Here is a super easy vegetarian dish! This is a traditional Italian dish. Simply toss the pasta with garlic in olive oil, garnish with parsley and hot chilli peppers. If you are a garlic lover, you will love this recipe:) Please try it out.

Boil water and cook the Linguine according to the package. When the Linguine is ready, drain well and set aside.

Meanwhile, chop the garlic into very fine pieces and remove the stem end of the peperoncino. Set aside.

Now heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan. Cook the garlic on medium heat until half cooked. Then, add in peperoncino and cook for 3 mins.

Now add in parsley and cook for 1 min. After that, add the cooked Linguine to the olive oil sauce and cook for another 3 min over high heat. Cover the Linguine with the sauce and it's ready to be served.
