Steps

Soak rice over night, wash in the morning,add cooked rice,onions and grind till smooth

Blend/grind till smooth, add fermented curd, sugar, salt, yeast, some warm water and stir. Let it seat for 2-3hours until the mixture doubled it size and forms bubbles

Use a rice pancake pan and fry as desired

Then you serve with either soup, stew, sugar, honey or kully which is my all time favourite
