Take a curd in muslin cloth and squeeze. Remove water and u will get thick curd. Soak kesar in 3-4t.spoon warm water for 1/2hr.

Now add castor sugar and beat with manual beater.Whisk propely. Add chopped Pista soaked kesar cardamom powder. Almond Keshewnuts few drops of kewra essance. Mix well and put in a fridge.And your Shrikhand is ready.
