Ingredients

  1. 2 cupthick curd
  2. 7 tbspcastor sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  4. 10-12kesar strings
  5. 7-8chopped almond
  6. 5-6cashew nuts chopped
  7. 10-12salted Pista chopped
  8. as neededFew drops of kewra essance

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a curd in muslin cloth and squeeze. Remove water and u will get thick curd. Soak kesar in 3-4t.spoon warm water for 1/2hr.

  2. 2

    Now add castor sugar and beat with manual beater.Whisk propely. Add chopped Pista soaked kesar cardamom powder. Almond Keshewnuts few drops of kewra essance. Mix well and put in a fridge.And your Shrikhand is ready.

  3. 3

    Yummy delicious Rajbhog Shrikhand is ready to serve.
