Preparing the rice- to a clean sufuria add some oil and a pinch of salt

Stir for a while then add your two cups of water and a close e of garlic..cover and let it simmer at medium low heat till all the water is completely evaporated

For the veggies add 2tablespoon full of oil and a pinch of salt,add the potatoes first so they get soft before adding the rest of the veggies

After the potatoes have softened add the rest of the veggies and fry stirring occasionally careful not to lose the crunch

Serve when the onions get translucent_garnish with the lemon
