Ingredients

  • 2aloo chopped
  • 2baingan sliced
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add jeera
    Add chopped brinjal along with spices, give a stir and cover

  2. 2

    Cook for 10 minutes on low flame, add tomatoes and mix everything well and cook for 5 minutes more.

  3. 3

    Now it's ready to be served.
