Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsblanched matar
  2. to tasteSalt and red chilli
  3. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  4. 1 tspturmeric
  5. 1 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  6. 3 tbspoil
  7. 2tomato chopped
  8. 1 tbspginge and garlic chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind ginger,garlic,onion,tomato and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil,add jeera with onion paste

  3. 3

    Saute for a minute along with spices,cook till oil separates.

  4. 4

    Now add matar and mix,cook for 2 minutes more.
